Report on Suicide

A University Student Committed Suicide 

A student of Bangladesh Islami University was found hung in her room. She hung herself with the Selling fan by the help of her saree. The actual cause could not be detected. By the name of Lamia this girl committed suicide closing her own room.  While her mother called her to come to take dinner she (her mother) was noticed that Lamia’s room was silent. After calling many times she became afraid and called her husband.  

After trying a lot Lamia’s father could break the door and found her daughter hung. Then he called police. The cause of committing suicide is in darkness. Lamia’s parents and relatives   informed that she didn’t inform anything before committing suicide.  And there was nothing what was known to them could be the cause of committing this incident. she was normal before going to university and last night. After coming from the university she informed her mother that she felt sick and requested not to disturb her. Her university and other friends also told that she was completely normal in class but she left university after 11am and reached to residence after 5pm. The police officer suspected that something happened in the gap of this time and also informed this reporter that the postmortem report had not reached yet to them. Before coming this report they could not tell anything certainly. He further said that it could be a problem of loving affair. He also added that a general diary was taken as a suicide but no case was taken yet. Lamia was a student of 9^th semester in BA (Hons) in English. She was the second of three daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Fater. They live in Bonosree, block 7th, house no 512.
