My Aim in Life

There is a common saying, “A man without an aim is like a ship without a rudder. Without a rudder a boatman can not cross a river or a sea. Thus without an aim a man cannot reach his goal.

A life is meaningless without an aim. No man can succeed in their personal life without an aim. An aimless man is like a boat without rudder. So every man must have an aim in their personal life to get progress in their own life.

There are different types of people live in any country. So, different types of people have different aim in their own life. Somebody wants to be a powerful person in the society; somebody wants to be a doctor, somebody wants to be a teacher, somebody wants to be an engineer, somebody wants to be a businessman, somebody wants to be rich, somebody wants to be a politician, somebody wants to be a pilot.

As I am a student of class eight. So, like others I have also an aim in my life. My aim is to be a teacher. It is a good and also a respectable profession. A teacher is very respectable person for any society and any country. He is a person of nation maker. So everybody respects him/ her. Education is combined with light. It removes the darkness of ignorance from the society. I want to remove all darkness of ignorance from our society. My father is a teacher of a primary school and my elder brother is also a teacher of a high school. So, they always suggest me to be a good and an honest teacher. So, I have made up my mind to be a good and an honest teacher.

Now I am a student of class viii of K.P.B. High School. After passing my J.S.C. Examination I will get admission into a famous college. Then I shall complete my H.S.C. Examination. After completing my H.S.C. Examination I hope I will get admitted in Dhaka University. I will complete my BA(Hons) in English and MA in English from Dhaka University. After completing my study I will go back to my village and I will join in our village college and I will teach my students accurately without any tuition fee. There are not enough good teachers in our village. So, students of our village are unable to get proper education and accurate education from the teachers.

 Success of life largely defends on the right and proper aim in life. The service of mankind should be only the aim of life. Islam says, Allah loves him best who loves ‘His’ creatures big or small.” So, I always pray to Allah to give me the opportunity to serve my country and countrymen.
