How to Make a Good Health


There is a proverb “Health is wealth.” Health is very useful wealth of a man’s life. It is the root of all happiness. A healthy man is really happy. He enjoys a long and educated life. With a view to keeping in good health we have to do positive things. These are called the rules of health. First of all; we have to eat a balanced food and fruits. We also have to drink enough pure water.

Drinking enough pure water help us to digest our food, control the temperature of the body and helps to keep regular blood increase. We have to take a rest properly and sleep properly. We have to take physical exercise regularly in time. We have to wash our hands before taking our meals. We have to wear clean dress and cut our nails regularly. We have to take fresh and clean foods, fruits, vegetables, fishes, meats and all things. We have to follow the rules of cleanliness. We have to wake up early in the morning and early to go the bed. There is a proverb, “Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy and wise”. So we must be a healthy man. For maintaining our mental health, we have to control our emotions and must have patience. We must make a daily routine and maintain that routine. Therefore, we can keep in good health by following the necessity rules of health. Then we will able to maintain our health.
